We are looking to add an RVT to our team, as our clinic is growing! 

We are a privately owned small animal clinic in the beautiful Cowichan Valley, a world renowned recreation destination!  We have an amazing, healthy, long term team.  As well as placing a big emphasis on excellent patient and client care and practicing great medicine, we also emphasize our staff's quality of life and work-life balance.  We offer very competitive wages, flexible vacation time, an excellent benefits package, CE allowance, paid dues, and a clothing allowance.  There are no on call shifts or weekend hours, and it is rare that our staff has to stay past closing time.  Our clinic's goal is to create a burnout resistant environment where veterinary medicine is enjoyable and fun again.

Our hospital is recently expanded and renovated, well equipped, modern and spacious.  We stay very current in treatment modalities, practice low stress and fear free animal handling, and as mentioned emphasize excellent patient care.  We make sure we book our day so no patient gets forgotten or neglected in a schedule that is too busy.
